What is a Positive Unwinder?
Unlike a standard passive spool holder, a positive unwinder (or motorized payoff) actively drives the spool to feed the material into the line. By doing so, it removes the physical strain from your main production machinery and ensures the material is delivered smoothly and consistently.

2. 100% Ergonomic Loading
Heavy lifting is a major cause of workplace injuries. We designed the DVP01 with the operator’s health in mind. Instead of requiring a crane or manual lifting to mount a heavy spool, the DVP01 features a built-in entry ramp. The operator simply rolls the spool up the ramp and locks it into place.

The DVP01 is equipped with smart laser sensors that automatically detect the size of the loaded spool (e.g., recognizing if the diameter is larger or smaller than 850 mm). Once detected, the system instantly auto-adjusts the motor’s speed parameters to maintain optimal feeding without requiring manual reprogramming.
4. Active Safety Systems
Safety is non-negotiable in Lean Manufacturing. The DVP01 operates with physical limit switches that provide two crucial automatic safety modes:
Standby Mode: If the spool runs empty, the machine detects the lack of tension and safely pauses.
Alarm Mode: If a dangerous knot or tangle is detected in the material, the system will instantly halt operation and trigger the visual status beacon to alert the operator, preventing damage to the line.
